Terms of Service

The short version

• Zombie Couple turns two photos you upload into a short AI-generated zombie love story video.
• You pay once for a credit pack. It is never a subscription and nothing renews.
• You may only upload photos you have the right to use, of adults who agreed to it. No celebrities or public figures.
• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Questions: support@zombie-couple.com.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Zombie Couple ("we", "us") runs zombie-couple.com, a website that generates short AI videos from photos. By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Zombie Couple is an independent service. It is not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance or any film studio.

2. The service

You upload two photos: photo 1 is the person who turns into a zombie, photo 2 is the survivor. We send the photos and a written scene description to a third-party AI video provider, which renders a short video (currently about 10 seconds). Rendering usually takes about 5 minutes.

AI video is not fully predictable. Faces, poses, timing and details vary from render to render, and the same photos can give a different result each time. The examples on our site show typical results, not a guarantee of any specific output.

We may change, pause or stop parts of the service, for example if the video provider changes its models or prices. If we ever stop the service for good, we will refund unused credits bought in the previous 90 days.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy credits and generate videos. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Zombie Couple.

4. Credits and payment

• Credits are sold in one-time packs. The prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. One video costs 10 credits.
• Payment is a single charge processed by PayPal. There is no subscription: we never charge you again unless you buy another pack.
• Credits don't expire. They are tied to your account, have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.
• When you press Generate, the credits for that video are used. If the render fails, is rejected by the provider, or is still not finished after 30 minutes, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds of unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.

5. Your photos and your rights

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store them, process them and send them to our video provider for the sole purpose of making the video you asked for. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 14 days after upload.

By uploading photos and pressing Generate you confirm that:

• you own the photos or have permission to use them;
• everyone pictured is an adult and has agreed to being turned into this kind of video;
• nobody pictured is a celebrity, politician or other public figure;
• the result won't be used to deceive, harass, sexualize or defame anyone.

6. The videos you generate

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people in the photos, you may download, keep and share the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial use, including posting them on your own social media accounts. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

Download your video when it is ready. The video file is hosted by our video provider and the download link may stop working after some time. We don't keep a permanent archive of generated videos.

Because generated videos are made by an AI model, similar-looking videos may be produced for other users. We don't claim ownership of your video, and we won't use your photos or videos in our own marketing without asking you first.

7. Content we may block or remove

We may refuse a request, stop a render or close an account if we believe it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if a person pictured asks us to. If we stop a render for that reason, the credits for that render are not refunded. We may report content involving minors or serious threats to the relevant authorities.

If you see a video made with our service that shows you without your consent, email support@zombie-couple.com and we will act on it.

8. Things we can't promise

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every render will look the way you hoped. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

You agree to cover any loss we suffer because you uploaded photos you weren't allowed to use or used a video in a way that breaks these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
