Acceptable Use Policy

Zombie Couple makes a playful, cinematic zombie love story from two photos. It only works if everyone in those photos is in on the joke. These rules apply to every upload and every video, and they are part of our Terms of Service.

Consent comes first

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be in a zombie video made with AI.
• You need the agreement of everyone pictured, not just one of them. If you're unsure whether your partner, friend or sibling would be fine with it, ask before you upload.
• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Don't take photos from someone else's social media profile.

Never allowed

Minors. No photos of anyone under 18, even with a parent's permission, even if they're your own child.

Celebrities and public figures. No actors, musicians, influencers, athletes, politicians, royalty or other well-known people, and no lookalike attempts.

Sexual content. No nudity or sexual content in the photos, and no attempt to steer a video toward sexual content.

Violent or degrading deepfakes. No videos meant to show a real person being hurt, humiliated, threatened or killed, and no graphic violence or gore.

Harassment. Nothing made to bully, shame, stalk, threaten or intimidate anyone, including exes and coworkers.

Deception. No videos presented as real footage, used to impersonate someone, spread false claims about a real person, or commit fraud.

Hate. Nothing that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.

Illegal content. Nothing that breaks the law where you live or infringes someone else's rights.

Sharing your video

When you post your video, don't present it as real. Most platforms ask creators to label AI-generated content, so use the platform's AI label when it has one. If someone in your video asks you to take it down, please do.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may refuse uploads, stop renders, delete content and close accounts that break these rules, without refunding the credits used. Content involving minors or credible threats may be reported to the authorities.

Report a video

If you find a video made with Zombie Couple that shows you without your consent, or that breaks these rules, email support@zombie-couple.com. Tell us where you saw it and why it should come down. We act on reports within 2 business days.
