Privacy Policy
What Zombie Couple collects, why, who processes it, and how long we keep your photos.

The short version
- We collect your email, the two photos you upload, and the record of what you bought and generated.
- Your photos are used only to make the video you asked for, and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Photos are processed by a third-party AI video provider to render your video. We don't sell your data or use your photos to train models.
- Payments go through PayPal. We never see your full card number.
- To delete your account or anything you uploaded, email support@zombie-couple.com.
What we collect
Account details. Your email address and name, and a password (stored only as a secure hash) or the basic profile from a sign-in provider such as Google if you choose it.
Photos you upload. The two photos for each video. Before upload, the site shrinks them to at most 1600 pixels on the long side.
Videos you generate. A link to each finished video, its format and status, and when it was made.
Purchases and credits. Which pack you bought, the amount, the date, the PayPal order reference, and every credit charge and refund on your account. We keep this to prove what was paid for and delivered.
Technical data. Your IP address, browser type and request logs, kept by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example utm_source), we store those tags in a cookie for 30 days so we know which links bring visitors.
We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use the photos you upload for anything other than making your video.
How we use it
- to make your video from your photos and show it to you;
- to run your account, take payment, add credits and refund failed renders;
- to answer support requests;
- to prevent fraud, abuse and uploads that break our Acceptable Use Policy;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for its part of the job:
- AI video provider. Receives your two photos and a scene description, renders the video and hosts the finished file. It does not get your email or payment details.
- Cloudflare. Hosts the website, the database and the temporary photo storage.
- PayPal. Processes payments. PayPal handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery. Sends account emails such as verification and password reset.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted automatically 14 days after upload.
- Generated videos: hosted by the video provider. The link may stop working after some time, so download your video. We don't keep a permanent copy.
- Account details: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Purchase and credit records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually several years).
- Server logs: a short time, normally a few days.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@zombie-couple.com from the address on your account. We reply within 2 business days and complete requests within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax or fraud prevention are kept until that duty ends.
If you live in the EU, UK or a US state with a privacy law, you also have the rights that law gives you, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
People shown in uploaded photos
If someone uploaded a photo of you without your agreement, email support@zombie-couple.com with the details. We will delete the photo and any related records we hold and, where possible, ask the video provider to remove the video.
Children
Zombie Couple is only for adults. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed. If we learn that we hold data about a child, we delete it.
Security
Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Photos are stored under file names that can't be guessed without the photo itself, and they expire automatically. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who and what can access your data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
