Refund Policy

The short version

• Credit packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• If a video fails to render, the credits for that video are returned to your account automatically.
• Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Email us and we will send the money back to your original payment method.

Failed renders

Each video costs 10 credits. If the AI model returns an error, times out, or rejects your photos, we put the 10 credits back on your balance. You don't need to contact us. You can see every charge and refund on your credits page.

A render that finishes but isn't what you hoped for (a different pose, an odd expression, a scene you would have shot differently) is not a failed render. AI video is not fully predictable, so please watch the examples on the homepage before you buy.

Refunds for unused credits

Within 7 days of purchase, you can ask for a refund of any credits you have not used:

• A pack you have not used at all is refunded in full.
• A pack you have partly used is refunded for the unused videos, at the per-video price of that pack.

After 7 days we don't refund unused credits, but they never expire, so you can keep using them.

How to ask

Email support@zombie-couple.com from the address you signed up with. Include your order ID (from your billing page) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please email us before you open a dispute. We would rather fix the problem directly.
